About AJH Motorcycle Training of Redhill

Based in Redhill, Surrey, AJH motorcycle training was established by Andy Hyldon, who has been a fully qualified full-time CBT and DAS instructor since 1996. Having built up a superb reputation with all the schools he worked with, in 2010 Andy decided to branch out on his own as an independant instructor.

Throughout his long career as an instructor, Andy has achieved an enviable reputation for expert tuition and excellent customer service. In addition to his DSA qualifications, Andy has also passed his IAM and ROSPA Advanced Tests, the latter at GOLD Standard.

Andy Hyldon’s first experience of motorcycling, at the age of 13, involved a Honda XR75 and an irrigation ditch in Lincolnshire. He’s been hooked ever since! He passed his bike test at the age of 17, and had 2 year-long spells as a long distance dispatcher. He has also toured extensively throughout the UK, Europe and Australia.

Andy enjoys riding pretty much anything with 2 wheels and an engine, from lightweight bikes, to midweights, big sports bikes, Harleys and everything in between. His all time favourite bike still remains his trusty Fireblade.
